The Digital Shop

Create a solution that allows you to remotely replicate the experience of entering a store: the reception of the shopkeeper (who must be available in person – for which the solution must be able to manage a possible waiting phase), the request for one's needs, the display of the goods, the shopkeeper's advice, and the purchase. The solution must be easy to use, must involve minimal installations in the shop, and must allow the merchant to manage at the same time – and with a common approach – the "physical" channel (customers physically in the shop) and the "virtual" one.
