Having worked in NTT DATA for nearly three decades, Zamma knows the IT industry of Japan inside out, and firmly believes that open innovation will revitalize his company and the industry.

As the head of Open Innovation and Business Incubation, he directs biannual contests and monthly forums to find and introduce promising startups to business units and customers of NTT DATA, and runs programs that put the partner startups on the fast track to proof-of-concept and new business.

Kaz Okada is a Senior Expert in Open Innovation and Business Incubation section of NTT DATA Corporation, which is Japan's largest systems integrator, and he is responsible for globalizing NTT DATA's open innovation program.

His career started as a network engineer serving NASA and the Japanese space agency, but he has also worked as a software engineer at Microsoft in Seattle. He then moved to Washington, DC where he came across countless innovations both as a Manager of Research and Business Development and as a Visiting Fellow of CSIS, which is a top think tank in the United States.
His diverse and international experience makes him an ideal consultant for open innovation, and he is now leading the globalization of NTT DATA’s open innovation program.

Mr. Okada earned his Master of Science from George Washington University School of Business in 2006.

Peter Kroll is CEO of everis Mexico. He has more than 30 years of experience in consulting services and business transformation for companies located in Europe, Asia, and America.

He has been recognized for his hard work as a consultant, highlighting his high level of specialization in the pharmaceutical, automotive and aviation industries. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for innovation and alliances projects in Latin America. In addition, he has been appointed to lead strategic consulting practices and processes in Spain.

Peter Kroll has a vast experience within Digital Transformation projects, managing teams of more than 650 consultants, regionally speaking. Moreover, this project has let him create international businesses and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) networks.

After collaborating with multinational organizations around the world, consolidating his reputation as one of the best consultants within the aforementioned sectors, Peter Kroll joined everis Mexico in 2016.

Peter Kroll has an Executive Training Programs (MBA) from Northwestern University, United States, as well as studies at INSEAD business school, Fontainebleau, France. He holds a degree in Systems and Computer Engineering from the University of Hamburg, Germany.

Carlos Goya is the Responsible Partner in charge of Banking for everis Mexico; considered one of the most important business strategists for the company. Carlos has a trajectory of more than 25 years in a wide spectrum of firms, dedicated to offer consulting services, development and business strategy, experience that has allowed him to focus his expertise in different branches, such as: payment methods, business evolution, negotiation techniques, corporate strategy and marketing.

Carlos holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hochschule Esslingen University, Germany, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana.

Carlos González is Managing Partner of Banking for the Americas region at everis. He has a professional path of more than 25 years, time that has allowed him to collaborate in a considerable number of entities within the financial field, sector of his specialty, which are located in different regions and possess a global reach. Likewise, he has also an expertise level at business strategy, digital transformation, consulting, creation of large-scale economic and operational models, knowledge which has led him to contribute to the generation of high-level relationship networks.

Carlos has a degree in Electronic Physics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Suraj Shinde is the everis Digital Lab, specialized in Artificial Intelligence solutions, Director in Mexico. He has more than 20 years of experience in innovation consulting services, Artificial Intelligence and deep learning for specialized companies in IT services, located in different parts of the world.

He has been recognized for his hard work as a consultant, highlighting his level of specialization in the analysis, development and implementation of software. He currently leads Artificial Intelligence projects with those clients, in Mexico, who are interested in implementing this technology within their corporate structure.

Shuraj Shinde holds a master's degree in Software Engineering and is an engineer by the UK Engineering Council.
