Expediente Azul automates the document gathering process for large loans, leases, mortgages or claims that require the customer sending 15-30 documents to the financial or insurance institution by reducing the friction caused by missing, incorrect or outdated documents sent by the customer speeding up the KYC process 2.5X, reducing abandonment 2X and increasing the overall user experience during this process.
Expediente Azul is the only FinTech web and mobile tool designed for financial and insurance institutions to easily capture (including through the customer's phone's camera), receive, validate automatically (with OCR AI) and store the many documents sent by a particular customer that requests a loan, lease, mortgage or files a claim and manages the complex communications interaction with the customer during the lifecycle involved until all the documents are valid.
Expediente Azul automates how documents are gathered from third parties, we also have customers using our tool for HR to gather documents from the candidates for a job, for Purchasing to gather documents from suppliers and execute a due diligence process, Insurance claims, Student visas, Offshore bank accounts, etc.
Today we work with 50+ financial institutions in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and Curaçao.

Kaz Okada is a Senior Expert in Open Innovation and Business Incubation section of NTT DATA Corporation, which is Japan's largest systems integrator, and he is responsible for globalizing NTT DATA's open innovation program.
His career started as a network engineer serving NASA and the Japanese space agency, but he has also worked as a software engineer at Microsoft in Seattle. He then moved to Washington, DC where he came across countless innovations both as a Manager of Research and Business Development and as a Visiting Fellow of CSIS, which is a top think tank in the United States.
His diverse and international experience makes him an ideal consultant for open innovation, and he is now leading the globalization of NTT DATA’s open innovation program.
Mr. Okada earned his Master of Science from George Washington University School of Business in 2006.

Peter Kroll is CEO of everis Mexico. He has more than 30 years of experience in consulting services and business transformation for companies located in Europe, Asia, and America.
He has been recognized for his hard work as a consultant, highlighting his high level of specialization in the pharmaceutical, automotive and aviation industries. After collaborating with multinational organizations around the world, consolidating his reputation as one of the best consultants within the aforementioned sectors, Peter Kroll joined everis Mexico in 2016.
Peter Kroll has an Executive Training Programs (MBA) from Northwestern University, United States, as well as studies at INSEAD business school, Fontainebleau, France. He holds a degree in Systems and Computer Engineering from the University of Hamburg, Germany.
