Digital Patient Health

Ability to create an electronic physical.  While much of the tech exists already it is all disparate systems.  Could there be an app that does weight, height, lung capacity, ear and eye exam, dermatology, reflex, mobility, etc. by use of camera and AI.  The app would score the physical condition of the person with some recommended health steps based upon the results.  Health steps could be stretching and rolling routines, light exercise, weight loss goals, etc. with videos available to walk people through the routines in case they have questions with connectivity back to the PCP.
