Turn your sales agents into digital agents by engaging online channels such as social media to generate leads for the business.
Lucep’s marketing and sales platform is the bridge that connects a customer’s digital engagement to personal interaction with a salesperson, relationship manager or agent. Our platform maximises returns from digital marketing in two ways:
Smart lead distribution - connects prospective customers that engage via corporate websites, chatbots and social media campaigns to the right group of agents, who compete to claim the lead
Social sharing - enables salespeople to turn their social networks into lead generation engines through sharing relevant content
Lucep’s platform empowers sales to have high-quality conversations for an accelerated and personal customer experience. Our platform analytics links marketing dollars directly to sales, enabling marketing teams to optimize the effectiveness of digital marketing channels and grow digital channels.
